Hope Cottage has a large welcoming open-plan kitchen, dining room and lounge area with a sunny conservatory leading off.  The kitchen has an aga which keeps everything cosy and is great for drying clothes. There is also an electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

The living room has a television, DVD and video (some videos for children and grown-ups), and a gas fire. 

There are 3 bedrooms: 2 doubles and 1 twin.  One double bedroom has an ensuite shower room.  The main bathroom has just been modernised with bath, shower, wc and wash basin.  Bed linen but not towels are included.

The large garden surrounds the house and there is a patio area with gas BBQ available for use.  If you leave food out on the bird feeder you might see red squirrels and crested tits.

There is plenty of parking space with room for 3 cars at the front (one in a car port).
