Letting period

Self catering weekly lets are from Friday to Friday in 2006.  From January 2007, weekly lets will be Saturday to Saturday

Short breaks during November, December, January and February are for a minimum of 3 nights.

Entry and departure

Entry is normally after 4 pm on the day of arrival, and the house must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.  On departure, the property should be left in a clean and tidy condition.

Bookings

Provisional bookings can be made by telephone or email.  We will then send a booking form by post or email, and reserve your holiday for 7 days pending confirmation.

Bookings are confirmed by receipt of the booking form and a deposit of £50

Payment

Payment of the balance must be made 14 days in advance of the let period. Prices are inclusive of fuel.

In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be retained if we are unable to relet.

Occupacy

The number of people occupying the house must not exceed 6 (excluding infants).  Occupants must take all reasonable care of the property and report any breakages or damage to the housekeeper.

Insurance

The owners will not be held liable for any loss or damage to holidaymakers’ property.
